The Network for Civil Society Organisations (NeCSOs) traveled to Tambura County to conduct training for the CSOs in Tambura and Ezo County. This is a continuation of the Organizational Development and Institutional Development (OD & ID) training which started with Nzara County and covered some CSOs in Yambio. CSOs in Ezo County had traveled to join the CSOs in Tambura County for the training that will transform their Organizations. the training started on the 3rd of April 2024, and had last for 6 days as it did for the previous Counties.
The Chairperson for NeCSOs was accompanied by the Field Officer, two facilitators, and one person from the Media House for the trip to Tambura County. 16 CSOs are participating in the training of which 3 CSOs are from Ezo County and 13 from Tambura County. Each organization brings 3 individuals, one from Board members, one from an Executive Director, and another from finance. The training was opened by The Tambura County’s Government Official; The County Executive Director, and The Hon. Commissioner.
